Food and drink
Wales offers some of the finest ingredients in the world. It is only right that our culinary team works to cook with the freshest Welsh produce and ultimately plate up delicious food. We can offer a wine pairing suggestion with each dish; all you have to do is ask and we’ll gladly match one of our 50 wines to a dish of your choice for the ultimate experience.
Often alongside a roaring log fire, you can’t go wrong with a roast lamb and glass of Dolcetto d’Alba!

Wine straight from the vineyards in Italy
Having spent many, many years in Italy, we got to explore amazing Italian vineyards and we only sell those that we have tasted and approved. We buy directly from the vineyards across Italy as importing directly allows us to offer wines at very decent prices. Even our house wines, by the glass are ‘single estate’, which means that coming from just one estate they are not adulterated and treated, so are that much cleaner. We stock over 50 lines, which include a few usual suspects but many lesser known wines, some only we sell in the UK.
We have entry wines for simple quaffing, amazing sparklers, light and crispy whites and rose’, mediation wines and some big thunderers. Check out the full wine menu (all 11 pages of it!) here.
Taste of Wales
We’re extremely proud to be based in Wales and we offer some of the best local tastes including the toast of Wales at the recent World Gin Awards Dyfi Gin, Geipel Lagers (brewed to the German standard in a micro-brewery hidden in the mountains and Penderyn.
All our real ales, lagers and real ciders are Welsh, with an occasional guest ale from across the English border
Cocktails
Our cocktail list is ever-expanding too; take a look to get a flavour of the range.
Non-alcoholic options
We appreciate alcohol isn’t for everyone, so we have made sure we offer a list of non-alcoholic options including soft drinks and juices, non–alcoholic beer as well as tea and coffee.
